1769 Pittsylvania county VA Richard Collier lawsuit vs. Stamps

Henry county VA was formed from Pittsylvania county VA in 1777, where we find many references to Colliers that may have changed spelling of name to Colyar. This Richard could be a brother to Charles, John and William Colyar who migragted to Pulaski county KY. Notice that this Richard Collier if referred to a "Sr.", indicating there is a "Jr." It is possible that the Father of the Henry County Colyer family is a "Richard". There was a younger Richard Colyer baptist pastor who came via Floyd County KY to Pulaski County KY and lived near Charles Colyar born 1757 , close to Rockcastle county line and founded Pleasant view baptist church.
